iOS and iPadOS
Hello all. I have an iPhone SE and I am very satisfied with it. But my only complaint about this iPhone is That it doesn't support 3D Touch gestures My question is, Is there anyway to imitate them without jailbreaking? Thanks in advance
In some circumstances, such as with the Messaging app, a substitute for performing a function which requires 3D touch is to single finger tap twice and hold when using VoiceOver.
For example, when sending a message, if you just double tap on the "Send" button, the message is sent. However, if you tap twice and hold or use the 3D touch gesture on the "Send" button in iOS 10 you will be brought to a menu of options for adding effects to the message.
I am guessing that a similar substitution for the 3D touch gesture may work in other circumstances. This has worked for me on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10 and it does not support 3D touch.

I don't think so
I don't think so. YOu would need the hardware to support 3D touch, and the SE simply doesn't have this installed.
Exactly. No way to use 3d
Exactly. No way to use 3d touch. Even jailbreaking won't work, as the previous poster said. No hardware. The SE is a slightly updated iPhone 5S.
Alternative to 3D touch
