The Tell Me When app appears to be gone!

I believe the Tell Me When app has gone to that great App Store Cemetary in the sky.
I updated to the iPhone 16 Pro yesterday and Tell me When was listed as being in the Cloud.
This means that a new installation is not available and it doesn't seem to be in the app store.
Tel me when allowed you to enter the name of several book authors you enjoyed reading and when new books became available, you would get an alert on your home screen.
Does anyone know if there is a similar app available?

Goodreads has the ability to follow authors, so maybe it’ll notify you when they have new books out.
I use the app but I haven’t actually used that particular feature, so not sure.

it may be in some other country. However, if you still have it on an old phone, it still works even under iOS 18. The nicest feature in that app besides books and music albums is you can search for apps. If you set your search up correctly, you can find all kinds of excessive apps made for the visually impaired. that's why I still keep my iPhone 14.

I lost an app that way too. Light Detector. Try as I might, I can't get it to download onto my new phone. I'm thinking it might have if I'd set up from a backup on a computer, but I didn't feel like going that route.
