Hi all
I am using a journaling app for iOS called my thoughts, and it says to delete a journal you have to swipe. For the life of me I can't figure out how to swipe using vo. How do you swipe with vo? Is this possible?

Try double-tap-and-hold; then try the swipe before letting up your finger.

turn off VO, then swipe. I don't know which way you'll have to swipe, but try any direction. Or, try double tapping on that swipe thingy with vo on. HTH.

It could be something like when you go to delete a text. One finger swipe down. That might work.

When voiceover is off, swiping only requires one finger. However, when voiceover is enabled, it takes three fingers.

For example, switching pages on the homescreen takes a three finger horizontal swipe left or right. The same action only requires one finger when voiceover is disabled.

In your app, try three finger swiping left, right, etc. See what happens

It might also be helpful to change the router to see if there are any settings that might help you with the swiping problem. If none of these suggestions work I would contact the app developer if I were you. Some gestures the apps mention are not supported by VoiceOver.
