hi everyone, one week ago I'm trying to sync a music with iTunes on my PC, but it keep saying iTunes can't connect to iPhone IG-store(my iPhone).
I try restarting my device, but no luck.
and on iTunes itself, the sync option in the file>device menu is unavailable.
any tips how to fix this annoying issue?

Have you checked your cable? It must be broken.
the cable is working fine
the cable is working fine, I can plug it to the charger, I can also plug it to my computer.
but, iTunes doesn't sync my music, photos, and other things at all.
previously it worked fine, but now it's not anymore.
