Hi all so I just upgraded from an IPhone 6 to and IPhone 11. I know, a much needed upgrade haha. I got about 4 and a half years of use out of my 6 until it was time to upgrade. Anyway, I have a strange issue that I can't seem to figure out.
When I am typing a text message I can't double tap on the delete key and hold it down and have it delete my words. If I double tap and hold, it does nothing. I have to manually tap it for every letter I want to remove.
Also, if I try tapping on the same letter twice and tap to fast it moves my insertion curser to the start of the messages and starts typing at the beginning.
The only way to move the insertion crser on the IPhone 6 was to go up to the edit area for the text message and double tap in that area. So why this does it now on the keyboard area I can't figur out. But it's quite frustrating!
My typing mode is set to touch typing. Any ideas? Thank you./
