Strange behaviour after the most recent Alexa update

Hello!

Maybe someone could help me with the following:
Since the last update of Amazons Alexa App, something very bad has changed - at least in my view.
Until now, the "Alexa"-button, which starts a dialogue with alexa was on the top of the user interface. Now, the button is changing its position, depending on the current situation. If Alexa is not listening or speaking, the button iss still located where it was in earlier versions. However, it seems to move to to the bottom of the window while it is speaking. Even worse, if I press the button when it is in the bottom position, it interrupts Alexas speech as expected, but it doesn't seem to listen to my orders anymore. The dialogue is interrupted, and the "Alexa"-button is moving back to the top of the screen again.
In daily work this means for me that each second Alexa command is not working anymore and sometimes the active skill is even closed after the fail and has to be reloaded. This is extremely anoying.
I have already searched through the settings, but have not found any way to fix the problem. Maybe someone can help me or at least explain to me what this new behaviour means. I mean: perhaps there is something on the screen which is completely obvious for sighted persons that I can't see with Voiceover.

Kind regards from Daniel!
