step by step on doing family sharing,

Can someone guide me here on how to do family sharing, step by step, cause my cousin who is using iOS would like to do family sharing with me , sharing all the apps, including paid once, to me, so that I not have to buy it,
a podcast also will be nice, could make him listen to him,
