If anyone out there's a Spectrum subscriber, we have a Disney plus basic subscription offered at no cost. However here's where things get interesting and inaccessible. I started on the mac. I then did the same steps written below on the phone which was where the get disney plus button was visible. After clicking the activate link, I'm taken to the disney plus website. After the email is entered, the only button shown by Voice over is log in. Of course, how do you when you can't create the account? so after cooling off the Irish rage, I went on the phone. It did show me the Get Disney Plus button. Once clicked on, Icloud asked to save the password which I said yes. Then I tapped open in app, and it seemed to freeze. So I've uninstalled it and will get sighted help creating the account. If there's any spectrum subscriber that created this successfully, please reply. Thanks so much.

Completely inaccessible sign up :(
Ok folks here I go with an other update. After trying Safari, I went on my father's box to try and sign up there. Activation perfect. Signing up? not so much. Because when I saw he used Edge, I thought well damn I have that... No go when i tried signing up, the sign up is inaccessible by voice over. My Dad's eyes aren't great and his grasp of technology not much better. So, I download Chrome. Three browsers, three ways it is inaccessible to sign up with a Disney plus basic account which is free for the taking. I wonder why you guys didn't jump all over this and call the big guns out? Ugh, I'm outta here. If someone breaks this spell, please either contact me, or respond.

I tried on Windows with Jaws and Chrome and had no issues. I quit on step 3 so I could try it on Mac OS Ventura with Safari and was able to reach the same step, so after putting in an email and password for the Disney account.
If it still doesn't work and you don't have access to a Windows box to try, I'm not sure what else you can do besides contact Disney.

The issue I have is that i don't need the step of choosing a basic, or duo bundle, as i'm supposed to have the basic already set up. What i can't figure out is after putting in my email, the password I want, i can't find the sign up button or link or whatever. I'll try again, but other then that, i'll see if a friend can sign in withmy credentials and try that way. Just frustrating but thanks for trying.
already have disney plus, can I still get the offer
I got a text message about this offer yesterday. Can I still get it even though I already have disney plus and my subscription is paid for with my apple ID?
No you can't
They will treat the basic subscription as a new one, so you'd best close the current one even if you paid. Yeah adds are annoying but hey you'll save like ten bucks a month or something. Now. If you sign into your Spectrum account, then go to TV, and View Plan Details, you'll see activate button opens a dialog. I can get the email address in just fine. I can get the password in, no worries. It's the sign up I for the hell of me can't figure out. It's making me nuts! Lol. Sorry I just have never been vexed by something like this. I'm using a Mac, but tried phone and Windows narrator with nothing doing. Good luck.
