Sound when a download is complete

Is there a way to make the computer give a sound when a download is complete or to have VoiceOver give me a progress message?

No, and although that woudl be nice, I just go to my downloads window and check the progress, or have it del all dls when they are compleated. Also if the clear button is no longer dimmed you will also know when dls are compleated as well. Good luck.
