There is an iOS app, Soro - For Sonos, which allows you to set up interesting shortcuts and automations for Sonos speakers. However, it costs $7.99. Does anyone know if it's accessible? I'd have no problem buying it if I knew I could actually use it. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/soro-for-sonos/id1550457805

Yes
I have just downloaded this app and it appears to be fully accessible.
The one tricky thing I noticed during the first time I ran it, is that it pops up with a message asking you for access to your local network. Once you clear this message within okay, you are returned back to the sorrow app and it then says that you need to go and change your settings. I do not believe this is correct, as they have already been set up.
So when you return to the airport you will simply be on the homepage of the app, which is self explanatory.
It also lists a few example shortcuts that you can then easily add to your own shortcut library to do a few simple things with your speaker.
So I would say that this app is very accessible. The other thing to say is that of course the shortcuts app itself, where the shortcut scripts are saved, is not completely friendly when it comes to VoiceOver accessibility. It is usable, and if you have used the shortcuts app yourself before you will know what I mean. It could be better, but it really does work okay.
This app seems like an excellent way for a VoiceOver use it to quickly and easily perform tasks with their Sonos system
Awesome. Thanks!
Thanks for the detailed review! I think I'm going to grab this. sounds like it could definitely be interesting.
