something strange happens when playing media content on iOS

Hey guys,
So I usually go on a site that plays MP3 audio uploaded by users, including me. It's basically an open source mp3 uploading platform by Sam Tupy.
Anyway, that's not what I came to write about. I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this, not just Safari in general, but other web browsing apps as well.
So, here's the bug/issue I'm having. I can select the play button and play the audio for as long as 2 or so minutes, before it goes quiet. Not only that, but the website has a download audio option, so I try that. But safari skips around in the audio, sometimes going forward a few minutes, or jumping about two minutes backward, repeating the same audio played.
So, is anyone in this community experiencing this?
