Siri losing her mind over long text messages

Hi everyone, Is it just me, or has anyone noticed this problem? When I try to send a long text message to siri, it goes off on some long rampage about how long my text message is, and could I please say it in fewer words? I did some looking around on the net, but couldn't really find anything about it, other than the fact that others are having the same problem. Let me know what you guys think, or if anyone else is having this issue. It just started a couple of days ago.

I have had this problem as well. I think it is a new thing, I use siri all of the time and she only started getting an attitude last week. I'm not sure but it seems like the problem might be that she does not understand that I'm trying to send a text message. She says to try and make your question shorter, not text. The really frustrating thing is that the screen wool show that she heard me correctly and that the first two words I said were text and then the name of my contact. I have to say unless there is something I am not getting this is pretty annoying. It's one thing for a program to mess up, it happens all of the time. But for the program to be a smart alec about it and insult me. Especially when I can read the transcription of what she heard and she is the one at fault.

"...there'd be none of us left." ~ Obi-Wan Kenobi I just have an iPhone 4 so I can't comment on this issue, but I do find it ironic that what seems to be making people more upset isn't the bug itself, but SIRI's "attitude" about it. Even though SIRI's a program and her "attitude" is just part of the bug. It seems Apple may have accomplished their goal with SIRI a little too well, in terms of making her a "her," and not an "it."
Well you cant really call SIRI her because if you use british english its a man and so is the arabic voice so its up to you

I had pretty much given up ever getting Siri to act normal again but... I restored my phone for reasons unrelated to Siri and what do you know she is acting normal again. I still don't know what the problem was, my girl friend was also seeing this issue, I would try turning Siri on and off again first, that could fix her but if nothing els try restoring.
