Sighted equivalents for VoiceOver gestures needed

Does anyone know where I can get a list of sighted equivalents to VoiceOver gestures? I have some friends and family who have iPhones, but they don't use VoiceOver because they can see the screen. It's a little tricky when I'm trying to help them, and I don't know the gestures that they would use without VoiceOver. Thanks.

Hello Josh, Well, we don't have anything like that here on AppleVis. However, have no fear. With some looking around. I found something that might help you out. A list of all iOS 7 Gestures http://www.iphonehacks.com/2013/09/ios-7-gestures.html HTH

Hello! When I need help of sighted persons I tripple click on home button to turn voiceover off. When I have got the help I need i tripple click again. To set this feature: Open settings, general (reservation because I don't use English as language) accessibility. There you can change accessibility shortcut and set it to voiceover.

First to choose a item such as a app on a screen with out voiceover just tap. To open notifications swipe down with three fingers to open notifications center and to open control center swipe up. TO delete an app double tap and hold.
