Do you have a playlist you are building over time?
An Apple Music playlist of all your favorite songs that now contains hundreds of tracks?
Below, you will find shortcuts which can be available from a menu on your home screen, to shuffle this Apple Music playlist, and play the Apple Music playlist in reverse, a play cue that contains the 50 most recently added tracks.
With a large playlist, you may not want to play it in order, and playing this list in reverse order will get you the tracks that are currently in your head.
Instead of accessing the Apple Music app, and navigating to the playlist, then scrolling down pages until you get to the end, here are a couple of shortcuts which will get the job done quick without much effort on your part.
The Playlist:
I've got a Playlist called Current digs which I continually add tracks to. The following shortcuts currently point to this playlist. Feel free to add this list to your library for testing perposes. I'm sure you'll find some new jams you dig on.

As you click the following links, you will need to add each shortcut to your library of shortcuts. The add button should be at the bottom you may have to scrol up to get to it. You may have to change settings for trust/shortcuts.
As you run new shortcuts for the first time you will receive access? popups. Accept/enable them, this is fine for the following shortcuts.
Here's the shortcut which you will add to your home screen which will provide you the menu options of playing in shuffle mode, and 50 most recently added.

Please note, when hitting the recently added 50 shortcut, it may take 10-20 seconds to compile, the current track in your cue will continue playing where you left off. Hit the next track button from your lock screen to start playing the new cue.
After you have the shortcuts installed, you will want to flick down on the playlist actions, in the respective shortcuts, such as
Get songs in?
and doubletab on, edit, playlist, which will bring up a playlist picker, to choose your playlist of choice.
and,
play, playlist?
flick down and doubletap on edit, music, playlist. This will also bring up the same playlist picker.
Then finally, you will want to rename/add the Current Digs shortcut to your home screen which will allow you quick access to your menu.
