sharing voice memos with enhanced mode turned on?

Hi Folks
Hoping someone far more knowledgeable than me will have an answer to this.
Want to send some voice memos to someone, but I need it to be so I can send them with enhanced mode turned on. Is this possible and if so, how is it done?
