share video and voice Over output in a Teams call

Hi everyone,
for work reasons, I often need to share the iPhone screen in a Teams call at the same time as the Voice Over output. In addition to using a MAC M1 using the Airplay function, I have sometimes successfully managed to share Voice Over and videos using only the iPhone device, the problem is that in the sharing screen of Teams for IOS there is a
button called "share screen, share device audio" which by default has the "not active" status for audio, but tapping this button only activates sharing without allowing you to also activate the VO output.
Some time ago I managed, without knowing how, to share everything even if the sharing was then disconnected if you inadvertently touched the top part of the iPhone's display, but perhaps with the latest releases this problem has been solved.
Thank you all in advance

On a Mac, check the Sound tab in VoiceOver Utility. Set it to System Default.
On iPhone, there should be a setting to share VoiceOver audio in video conference calls in the Audio section of the VoiceOver settings.
I recently had to share VoiceOver output with someone and just turned on the caption panel so they could follow along. This worked well because it was a 3rd party software package that was not like Teams at all and it worked out fine.
Good luck.
