Settings being turned off automatically

Hi, I have noticed settings being turned off randomly in my phone since I installed iOS 7.1. These include caller id, auto-correct being spoken and I am sure there was a third setting, but I can't remember what that was. Do I have to restore from iCloud to stop this? Thanks.
