Hi, my friend has an iPhone 11 and she heard about this new amazing video discribtion feature with Seeing AI. However when I tried to help her to access it by clicking on the share sheet this option wasn't available. Is it only compatible with newer moddles?

I have shared a .mp4 video from an e-mail attachment on my iPhone xs, and the feature worked fine. Please note that right now only .mp4 format videos up to five minutes' length can be described.

If my understanding that video description is handled by remote cloud servers is correct, it shouldn't matter what iPhone model your friend has. If she can't get it to work, I'd suggest making sure Seeing AI is up to date, or seeing if it works to select a video in her Photos library from within the app.
