But I suppose Microsoft has made kind of rollout, starting from the USA, where the app was born and where it was easier to develope AI mechanism, maybe.
So, I suppose it's a matter of time; solution? create an American AppleID, and download app from there; it would not be a problem for English-speaking users, but I suppose it is, for people who has not English as their mother language.
I suppose I will adopt this solution - have an American ID to download it, as English is not a problem for me

Hi! Seeing AI isn't in the French App Store yet either: I hope it will be there one day, as I would like to use that app after having heard so many good things about it. I don't want to create an American Apple ID just for one app, so I'll have to patiently wait for Seeing AI to come to France. Here's hoping it won't be too long before it's available here and in lots of other countries!

Keep writing to Microsoft and let them know there's an interest for Seeing AI in your country. That really is the best place to get it to you, outside of creating an American Apple ID, which can be a frustrating process.
