Hi all!
I hope y're all having a good day! This morning I went to open seeing ai to test the new features, but it opened only for a split second and then crashed. I tried a few more times and the same thing happened, and once Seeing AI kind of hung for about 10 seconds and then closed. Then I realized I'd been opened it with BSI so I tried opened it through my productivity folder. It opened and then as soon as I tried to move the channel slider it crashed again. I closedit via the app switcher, no luck. I looked to see if there was an app store update for it, but nothing.
Is anyone else experiencing this, and is therea way you've found to fix it?

One of my co-workers had this happen
I haven't experienced this personally, but one of my co-workers did. In the end, she had to erase her phone and set it up from scratch to fix it. I sure hope you can find an easier solution than that. Good luck. I'll be following this thread, just in case my co-worker, or I, have the same thing happen at some point in the future.

If deleting and reinstalling the app would fix it?
Not in my co-worker's case
When my co-worker first started complaining that seeing AI had stopped working, my first suggestion was for her to delete the app and reinstall it. She tried doing that several times, as well as restarting the phone. Nothing helped, but I'm still hopeful that there's another solution for this problem. I also wonder if Seeing AI is aware of this and what could be causing it.
