Setting "Use Pitch Change" to off helps a little. You're right though; she sounds very raspy. I can't remember hearing this from other devices using the Vocalizer voices.

I am glad to hear its not only me that this is happening to. I have noticed switching to another voice and then back again can sometimes help. I have noticed a lot of audio issues with iOS 9.

I had to change her back to the default. When i went back to her enhanced voice it still sounds bad. Sorry, not a clue why.
