Is it possible to adjust tempo, rewind, and fast forward while listening to an audio book in iTunes and purchased via iTunes?

Hi. To rewind and fast forward in iTunes, the command is option command left or right arrow on the Mac, and control alt left or right arrow if using Windows. There is no way to speed up audio in iTunes that I am aware of.

Hi, I n noticed that the previous commenter told you how to rewind and fast forward tracks in iTunes on a Mac but you posted this question in the iOS and iOS app discussion forum. Assuming that you were asking how to perform these actions within the music player on an iOS device you would just double tap and hold the previous track button to rewind and double tap and hold the next track button to fast forward. If this is indeed what you were looking for please note for future posts that on an iOS device you have the music player and you have iTunes. The music player contains your library and allows you to play music, where iTunes (in the context of an iDevice) only refers to the store where you purchase media. If you are talking about iTunes on a Mac or PC then you are talking the full scale program including your media library as well as the store. If this is what you are referring to then your question should go in the OS X and Mac App discussion forum for the sake of organization and to minimize confusion. I am not trying to be condescending with this comment, only trying to clarify some things. Be well, Blue Orb
