[Resolved] Huge bug - iOS 13 and voiceover

I just updated to iOS 13 after reading the bugs list. However, VoiceOver keeps going back to the top of the page which makes it impossible to double tap anything. For example, when the update was done and the set up screen appeared, voiceover just read "set up" over and over and over. If I manage to put my finger somewhere else, it would start reading that, but then go back to saying "set up", "set up". This kept going After set up was done.
- Has anyone else had this problem?
- Is there a setting I can ask someone to help me with or should I try to revert to iOS 12 if I can?

I restarted my phone and the problem went away. Strange.

Restarting the phone solved it. However, I am not able to download siri female us voice for voiceover. It shows 'insufficient disk space for 0 bite download' though I have 18 gb free space. Anybody facing this issue?

Has anyone tried dictating with voice control? I am noticing that in edit fields it tends to start entering information even If I am not speaking. When i do put something in the edit field it just says it over and over and oover. This happens in mail primarily although I have had this happen in notes as well.

No issues, set up was flawless. All, when in doubt restart your phone every day. A good restart sometimes is the key to resolvingbug issues. To restart your phone

1. Press volume up
2. Press volume down
3. Hold power for 20 or so seconds.

Do not press and hold all 3, so, the sequence will go thus: click click, hold on power.

I already helped someone troubleshoot via a hard reset which is what this is.

The method described above is how you restart your phone only if it freezes up and nothing you do will work, thus making it so you need to force a restart.

To restart your phone, hold the volume up button and the lock button until you feel a vibration. You will then have a screen that gives you the option to either make an emergency call or power off your phone. Choose the power off option and wait about 30 seconds. Then power it back on. Alternatively, you can go into settings, general, and find the power off option at the bottom of the page.
