I have a IPhone 4, when the last upgrade came. Now I can not save pictures when are send via text with voice over on. Once I take the voice over off then a sighted person can save the picctures into the camera roll. How can I save pictures with voice over on when they are send in a text? Any suggestions?

I am also having that problem. I get a picture that someone sends me, click on the "more info" button, and Voiceover basically gets stuck. I thought it was just me.

Hello guys One helpful solution, there are many ways how to safe the pictures as the camera roll, however I will go a head: #1 Under the message app, and inside of the contact who sent the message, look and double tab on the more info button. #2 As you know VoiceOver doesn't read anything on this screen... Please follow the steps below: *hit triple click home (VoiceOver off) *single tab and hold on the center of the screen *hit triple click home (back VoiceOver on) *using a finger do double tab and hold, note you will listen a bit *and finally do double tab Draw your finger around the screen VoiceOver will start talking to you all the text on the screen Look for the action button and press on it, and safe as camera roll even on this screen you can safe, open or send the image depend the apps that you have.
