Questions about using Voiceover on the iPhone 18 Pro

Hello everyone!I just swapped my iPhone 13 for the brand new iPhone 18 Pro as a totally blind Voiceover user and therefore i have some questions regarding some features and lackth thereof in Voiceover on this device with IOS 27.01 on boared:
Is it possible to set the action button to use the scene discription and silent/ring mode switching at the same time? Like I could double click it to put my phone into the silent mode, or I could press it a bit longer for the silent mode? Have someone figured it out for themselves?
2. Is it possible to program a long press of the camera control button the way that it brings up the scene discription instead of using launching some feature called “visual intelligence” which I believe is useless for now.
3. 3. Is there a way to repeat the discription of the scene out loud if Voiceover was interrupted? Maybe there’s also the way to ask followup questions about it? It would be cool if I could use the dinamic island for this.
4. The last question is for the braille in-screen input with emojis selection: When I braille-type an emoji and then select it from the suggestions by a one-finger swipes up and down, a double-tap on the suggestion doesn’t put the emoji in te text field. How do I select it from the list?
