so I want to remove the online library. how can I remove it?

Simply open settings, music, and then choose turn off iCloud Library. If you decide to reactivate the iCloud Library, you will be asked whether or not you wish to either keep songs currently in your off line library or to replace current songs with iCloud Library songs. If you care about your off line content then choose keep. This will ensure that your off line and on line content will both be on your phone, once the iCloud Library has finished synchronizing.
