iOS and iPadOS
My dad is having another problem with his new iPhone 5S. As soon as we got home, we found we couldn't pair his old Apple Bluetooth keyboard no matter what. It just wouldn't find it. Nor would it find any other Bluetooth devices. This morning, by powering down and back up, he was able to pair that keyboard, but no other devices. This evening, he was able to pair another Apple keyboard and a BlueBridge audio jack upstairs with no problem. He still has another keyboard and a Plantronics headset which the iPhone just refuses to acknowledge. It's like they just aren't there, but we know they are. All devices were working perfectly on his 4S. Any thoughts?
