Hello everyone,

I have a problem in the whatsapp on the ios 9.
When i open a chat with messages, not positioned me to last unread message.
Positioned me many messages back that I already read.
The ios 8 did not have that problem. A problem occurred when I crossed the ios 9

Best regards

i usually set focus on the share media button in the bottom left corner then swipe left. that will take you to the most recent messages.

it wont send you to the first unread message. it will put you on the last. you are then swiping in reverse up the list of messages. but once you swipe left and land on a message it should be visible on the screen then.

I know that how I can scroll through the messages.
The IOS 8 would always positioned me on the first unread message.
On the IOS 9 is not the case.
Maybe the new version Whatsapp bring improvement.

Thanks,

best regards

Updated today and can't read any previous message nor the last unread, it is just not showing anywhere. More to it, if I don't open the chat window for a particular conversation, I can hear only the last unread message . No matter how or where I scroll, I can't read either the messages I sent or the ones I received in a conversation window. Terrible! IOS 9.01 here with IPhone 6. And not able to use WhatsApp almost at all now ever since the newer version.

I can use the app by exploring by touch. I'm also running public beta of iOs 9.1.4. I reported this right away to the team today so we'll see. It works just be patient. I can get around the app fine.

I just now heard from the support team. Here is what they said.

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

Sorry for the delay! We have received many emails recently, and we do our best to answer them all. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you so much for your feedback on the VoiceOver functionality in WhatsApp. We are seeking to improve the experience for our seeing impaired users. This feature is being overhauled for a future version of the app. Unfortunately we cannot comment on any future timelines, sorry. Thank you for your continued patience and support of WhatsApp.

I normally don;t get a reply from them so this is progress.

Hello there,
One has to simply swipe up with one finger over the compose message box to find the last unread message. This has worked for me for the most part though the interface could be improved.

Swiping left and right does not work in a chat window, unless I touch at least one message anywhere on the screen. Once I do that, it works fine and smooth.

Hi there,
Whenever I try to transfer a music file through WhatsApp from my e-mail, a message appears that "this item can not be shared, please choose another item". How can I solve this? IPhone 6, latest version of WhatsApp. Thank you

By KE7ZUM on Monday, January 25, 2016 - 21:58

The file must be mp3. If it is not the media cannot be shared. So what you do is you change the file extension to mp3, then tell the person you shared the items with to rename them to what ever extension weather it be zip, rar, m4a etc. Also keep in mine there is a 150 mb limit per file. Or total number of files if you are sharing a bunch.

Hi all, the subject says it all. Since this app would help me just lately with a game I'm playing, are there any bugs with the current versions of either Whatsapp or IOS?
I have an IPhone 5S. I do appreciate any help with deciding weather its worth downloading and using this.
Since there's a number of Whatsapp threads, I thought I'd just post this here, btw.
:)

You can grab it. From what I can tell, there aren't too many bugs, but that's just me. It's totally free now, so no need to pay for a subscription.

Thanks much for the updated info, I appreciate it!
If you can give me a quick intro to what I have to do to get it up and running, (besides downloading it) that'd be cool. Unless all that's on the app page here on apple vis somewhere, I've yet to look it up here.
Thanks again.

You'll need to enter your phone number and verify it, but that's no big deal. it's not to hard to set it up.
