problem with nPlayer app in reading subtitles

hi all
i'm using Nplayer app to read subtitles on movies since 2016
but there is A problem in latest update . the app don't read all subtitles as before , it read some of them . actually it read little of subtitle files
I contacted the developer but no response
can you help me to contact the developer? as i know there is no other app can read subtitles on Iphone . am very sad for this i like watching movies
