Hi everyone. I’m having trouble with the new Sky Show Time app for iOS. It doesn’t let me switch the audio track or subtitles, so I can’t watch anything in my language. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any way to fix it? Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

- Are you using VoiceOver?
- Are you unable to locate the buttons, or just unable to select them? Or what exactly is happening?
- What show were you trying to watch?

I am using voiceover, yes. The problem is I cannot find any button on the player to show up available subtittles and audio tracks for the show.
I can do it from my windows laptop, just taping a button on the web player, but not on the ios app. I can show the classic pause, rewind or fastforward buttons, but subtittles and audio are hidden to me, and it seems my iphone takes english as a default language, even if I have it set into spanish, my native language.

P.S.: I was trying to watch star trek strange new worlds. btw, I just noticed some buttons on the player has not been labeled, so voiceover reads things like: accessibility.native.controls.pause.
