Hi Michal this issue has seen specially on iTunes 11 and iOS7 last time well actually this issue has been reported at the forun many times for the last couple months. check the same bug on apple support comunity https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5324398?start=285&tstart=0 the following are from the forun; even right here the link from this forun just posted last week. http://www.applevis.com/forum/ios-ios-app-discussion/music-not-syncing-after-installation-ios7 http://www.applevis.com/forum/ios-ios-app-discussion/my-songs-and-playlists-are-not-transferred-my-iphone
hi, the disabling/enabling of "sinc" checkmark in iTunes deleted the songs, iPhone shows no music in the music app. however the iTunes "still believes", that i have 34 items on it, but thats not true, anymore. i press on those "items" "play", and beside it, is "invalid location".

Hello Michal, I also posted on the same topic, and as Marco says, we finally found a solution to these music issues. You have to reset your devise, by making a backup first in order to reset it from that point. I tried with every single solution people give on the internet, but the only one working was this one. good luck.
