Hi,
In previous versions of the system, when I touched the emoji on the keyboard and then wanted to interrupt the input, all I had to do was swipe my finger and take it away from the screen.
There seems to be a problem with iOS 13.1.
Even if I make the above gesture, the last touched graphics are added.
Sometimes it happens that the entire emoji string that I will follow with my finger is entered.
Does anyone have similar experience?

Do you have slide type turned on?
Hi. I haven't played with their new "slide type" feature. It sounds like you may be typing differently then you used too. for me, I have touch typing enabled. So I find the emoji, raise my finger, then drag to another one and so on. You could be leaving your finger on there a bit longer. I've found that with the new Voice over and haptick feedback, I tend to do that. Hope my suggestions help. Maybe try to find a blank email or text and practice until you feel more comfortable?
I use non-visual text input
I use non-visual text input mode.
All I have to do is touch a letter or emoji and tear my finger off and it will be written.
How to make it in this mode so that it is not entered when touched?
Once it was enough to drag your finger.
I think I can do it.
Because in iOS 12 it worked without a problem.
