Hi everyone, I have a problem and I’d really appreciate any help or advice.
First of all, I should mention that I live in Iran, and because there’s no official Apple support here and due to the economic situation, buying an iPhone is very difficult. I managed to buy one with great effort, but after a while, I got a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled.
I talked to several repair technicians and software specialists, and they all said that I need to create an invoice and send it to Apple, but it’s not guaranteed that they’ll accept it. I’ve tried several times through different places, but it still hasn’t worked.
If possible, I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me contact Apple Support or somehow act as a middleman between me and the Apple Store. Maybe if I could reach someone who actually works at an Apple Store, that could help.
I can fully prove that this iPhone belongs to me — I have the original box, the Apple ID email, and everything. Unfortunately, when I talked to support online, they said I must provide a purchase invoice, which I don’t have.
Please, I really need help. Just so you understand how difficult things are here — an average worker in Iran has to save a whole year’s income just to afford an iPhone.

More like show invoice
Not sure what the people you talked to mean by create an invoice, because invoices are used to legally charge people for a good or service, which is not the case here, so my assumption is that people told you to send the invoice generated by Apple or a third-party retailer back to them in order to prove that you really did pay for a legit iPhone. This is a genuine concern given the current relationship status between Iran and the United States of America, where Apple is based, under which all US companies as well as any companies that want to do any business with the US are forbidden from doing business with Iran due to sanctions.
Honestly when I read one of your posts about Persian voice synthesizers I was already foretelling this kind of outcome for the aforementioned reasons. While I strongly empathize with your situation, since to me it's totally unfair to have to face international sanctions on top of having to put up with an authoritarian regime that you are likely not to blame for, the situation that you are now finding yourself in was highly predictable, so I don't think there's much we can do to help you.
Try it on the website.
Hi! If you can use Facebook, try asking in some Apple groups there. In the past few days, I’ve read about several people here in Hungary having a similar problem. Some managed to recover their accounts with the help of Apple Support, while others said they had to log in on the web first — after that, it also let them back in on mobile. Good luck!
