Hello great Applevis team, hope you are well. I wonder if you guys ever reported that bug where the iOS system is constantly disabling text speech and auto correction. This was the reason why I didn't update one of my phones to iOS 15, as the main phone has been having this issue since the system was introduced, as well as other friends I have facing this issue as well. I've already made my report to Apple's accessibility team, but so far I haven't even gotten a response. Thank you in advance for your attention.

Unfortunately, you have to reset settings
It’s actually a long-standing issue. You have to reset settings. So go to settings, general, reset, and reset settings. Leave the erase network settings and content and settings alone. There’s no other workaround. Unfortunately not really sure what causes it. The closest I ever came to was maybe a VPN Was causing it to shut down. But every time it’s happened to me (Twice in the past three years), resetting settings has fixed it. The problem is that there’s no real way to determine what’s causing it because it’s so rare and so random, there’s nothing to pinpoint the issue.
Very annoying
definitely an annoying bug this, have to toggle speak auto text back on every couple of days. hoping it can be fixed in IOS 16 but we'll see
