problem with accessibility of an app

Hi, could others contact this app developer and test the problem is below.
1 click on watch live. try to watch live. Voice over doesn't read the play button. when it is suspended and you tap about the middle of the screen after clicking on watch live it will play. the link is below. any help from the community in contacting the developer is appreciated.
