Problem with the 7 Little Words app

Hello all, I used to play the 7 words game all the time on my iPhone 4. Now that I have the 5, I've found it nearly impossible to play. It seems like VoiceOver is reading information from previous screens mixed in with the content on the current screen, making it very confusing and hard to decipher. I thought I'd ask here before contacting the developer, as I might be missing something obvious. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. I plan to test it on my old phone to see if it's a specific iPhone 5 problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be appreciated!
