Hello, I want to record a podcast to submit to applevis. As I have no microphone on my conputer right now, I was thinking in recording it from my own iphone. However, smart recorder * the software I am using * sends the voiceover speech to the headset or to the phone speaker instead of letting it on the normal speaker. Of course this isnt the desired behavior as I need to record the voiceover speech together with my own voice, so I need a recorder that does not mute voiceover nor sends its speech to the headsets. Can you recomend me such an app? Tanks

Hi, It usually works just to use the recording software that comes with the phone. This is in the Utillities folder and is called Voice Memmos. Or you could buy DropVox, which will upload your recordings to DropBox.

I think Voice Memos will allow for this, won't it?

Hello, Where is this option located? My interface has only an image and the record and show recordings buttons. If I go in the show recordings I can see a list of recordings and if I click the "more information" button on a recording I can see a share button which will allow e to send the recording via e-mails or via messages. How can I download a recording to my computer and where's the save as podcast option? Thanks for your help.
Ok. You have two choices, they both work with voice over on wile recording. 1. You can go to voice memos, record, and save under labels as podcast. Then you have to send your self an email, download from there to your computer. witch that one takes a lot of time. 2. Or just buy drop vox, it will save your recording strate to your dropbox . The rest is very easy to follow .
