Hi all,
I am using an iPhone 5 with IOS 9.2.1. The problem is that my personal contacts have disappeared after synchronizing with iTunes on my home desktop. My contacts are setup as follows.
1. I have a Microsoft Exchange account configured. This is a work account.
2. I do not have anything else configured.
The default account was set to store contacts on the iPhone.
How do I recover my personal contacts?
I have Microsoft Outlook installed and I suspect iTunes is synchronizing to it. If that is the case, then I have a situation where my personal contacts are not visible except those that I created in the last 2 weeks.
I am willing to restore this iPhone but cannot remember the restriction code.
Are there any other options for me to get my personal contacts back?
