Hi. My doctor said I should track my period symptoms and I was wondering if there if anyone had found an accessible period tracking app. Any comments, tips, recommendations, or suggestions would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance.
You could try out cotton plop. Its very accessible except the game to play but I use it and I get notifications. Some of the time its accurate. I think there's an entry for it here.
the spot on app from planned parenthood is good and also has reminders for birth control and the like, if that is important. the IPeriod tracker also has the most accessible method for seeing upcoming ones and adding them, etc.
I actually use two, because I didn't discorer Life until after. I use p tracker lite, which is not as accessible, and life which is more accessible, but i use both because sometimes they are not both accurate

This site is a great resource, you can search for things like this and maybe if this app isn't it, it'll hopefully find you something that may work better for you. Good luck.
