Today I just updated to 13.2 on my iPhone 8 Plus, and after the update, my voiceover defaulted to the Samantha voice, and now none of the siri voices I have downloaded work anymore on voiceover. I can't even delete and redownload them, when I swipe up on the voice, I can't delete it. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes. For me I left it alone and later after more than 10 minutes I check the rotor and the default voice siri male came back. It is strange.
Actually works, for now.
I just checked after about an hour and now all the voices seem to work, strange. Even the Indian siri voice which wasn't working at all on iOS 13.1.

Do not use the phone at midnight. You will never know what will happen. I think I will go to bed early and put the blanket over my head.
Restart after the update
My voiceover voice also defaulted to Samantha. I turned the phone off and turned it on again and everything went back to normal right away.

So let's hope this is fixed in ios 13.3. The siri voices also crash for me so I've switched to thominstead.
