I've been using the Apple News app a lot recently. I've discovered after reading many stories that Voice Over suddenly starts to abruptly stop and start mid speech very frequently. Initially exiting the app and going back sorts it. Eventually it affects the whole phone. Turning Voice Over off and back on doesn't work. I have to reboot my phone. I'm running an iPhone 6 on IOS9.2 with Daniel UK voice. When it occurs I tried switching to Alex and the Irish HQ voice but the same thing happened. Anyone else experienced this? I haven't reported it yet.

Sounds leaky to me!
This sounds more like memory leaks do to something in news adding up rather than a voiceover bug specificly. I'd suggest contacting AppleCare or something over Accessibility, as this seems more their area. I've not seen it myself, though I must admit I've not played with news much as of late.
News in 9.2.
This isn't a bug I've encountered and I use News fairly regularly. What you've described sounds awful. I'll make a point of using news for a sustained period over Christmas and see if that turns anything up.

It happens to me also but I think is voiceover because it happens when I am moving around my iPhone. I just notice this yesterday. It comes and goes. It works well in general. I did restart and turn off and on voiceover but no luck.
Apple News in 9.2
I'm using a 5S and I haven't seen this bug so far. I enjoy the News app much better than I did when nine came out and I liked it then.
