Like the subject says, there is a new list specifically for Voice Dream Reader. Apparently it was started by the new developers. When I last looked, it had 47 members. I've heard that there have been responses from the developer on this list. To subscribe, send a blank message to:

To me, the price they're…
To me, the price they're asking is too high and I'm going to leave the app.
Is there some good alternative in your opinion? I'm evaluating Speech Central but it can't play audio format and this is a great limit to me. Thanks for your thoughts in advance.
BookPlayer is even better than VDR
IMHO, BookPlayer is even better than Voice Dream Reader for audiobooks. It's free, completely accessible and supports the remote control feature of my airPods second generation. You can still import zip files from the cloud and treat them as a single volume.
I've used BookPlayer for several months now and wouldn't go back to Voice Dream Reader even if they made it a free app. The last time I used VDR, it didn't support the remote control feature of my airPods and that's a feature I use extensively.
