Apple today released iOS 6.1.3 to the public, delivering several minor enhancements including a fix for a passcode security bug. What is not certain at this point is that at one point there has been discussions about implementing some security fixes that would break the current process of jail breaking your device. So if anyone has any knowledge if this new version will no longer work with the current jail breaking process let us know! This release of the NEW IOS 6.1.3 is for all devices. So enjoy!

On Twitter, jb developer MuscleNerd just said "Jailbreakers stay away! There's no coming back to 6.1.2 JB even if you saved blobs (except iPhone4 and ipt4g)". So there you have it, direct from one of the horses mouths as the saying goes.
Apparently this update closes four of the exploits used by the Evaders team, so if you have jailbroken your iDevice, or plan to, stay away from this update for the time being at least. If they manage to break this version at some point down the line I'm sure we'll hear about it.

Any voiceover fixes in this version? Also, I never got a chance to update through iTunes, just over the air. Can I jailbreak even though I updated over the air?
Hello Ken, No, you will not find any updates to the VO in this release. This is a very minor update to close up some of those security holes as mentioned above. It also fixes the Passcode flaws that were discovered some time ago. I believe the only other thing it had also were improvements for the Maps for the Japan users.

Very disappointing to see with the third update to IOS 6 that Apple have not yet fixed the Loss of Focus issue within Safari when flicking down the page by headings - Very annoying given that the problem was not there prior to IOS 6. Have also noticed that the Heading issue has not been fixed within the Music App. If you flick down via the Alphabet Headings, then flick Right and then flick down again it brings up the "Action Options" of "Delete" and "Default" as opposed to continuing to flick down to the next letter of the Alphabet. You have to use the rotar to set-it back to headings.
The heading navigation issue is not one related to Safari specifically, but anything having to do with headings. Whether it's in your contacts app, Safari, or any other app with lots of headings for its content, you'll find the same problem.

Hi, I have an iPhone 5 and since updating to IOS 6.1.3 VO has stopped working once completely and I had to restart the phone which wasn't exactly easy without VO. Also a few times VO seems to take a while to respond. Has anyone experienced this? or is there possibly something wrong with my iPhone? I've only had the phone for 5 months so still learning new thin. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had the same problem when ever I had a iPhone 4 some times voiceover would stop working and I would power the phone off then power it back on or do a hard reset by holding the home button and power buttons for 10 seconds.
