New app: Clicket

Yeah, you just click a button, or use the keys on your number row if you're using a computer, and get some lovely convincing sine wave pulses that closely resemble the chirps of a number of cricket species.
I worked hard to make the noises generated by this app as close to the recorded cricket chirps as possible, but it's ultimately a synthesizer that just generates digital audio so limitations remain. Another problem is that cricket chirps vary quite a lot, and even the same organism produces chirps at different pitches and intervals at different temperatures.
