Every since I've updated to iOS 7, all of my Facebook contacts are in my contacts. I don't want to have to go in and delete all of these contacts, can someone please help.

Go into settings, then to Facebook. Under Facebook, there is an option that says something like "allow these apps to use Facebook". Under that is an option for Contacts. Turn that off. See if that works.

Are you trying to delete Facebook friends from you're contacts app or the Facebook account?
In Facebook settings it says allow these apps to use your account, contacts are off. When I open the contact app, all of my face book friends are in there. how do I get them out? A sighted person told me to open the contact app, and click on groups on the left hand side of the screen, and uncheck the face book box. However I cannot get voiceover to find the group button.
The Groups button is only there if you have Contacts turned on in the Facebook section in Settings. I'd say step one is to switch that on. Then go to Contacts and select the Groups button. Then select the Facebook contacts and deselect the iCloud one, and then the opposite. That way you can see which are facebook and which are in iCloud. Go from there. But yes if you either have Facebook contacts deselected in the Contacts app, or Allow Contacts switched off in the Facebook section of the Settings app, then facebook contacts should not be visible. If they are then perhaps they have been copied to iCloud contacts and so it may be safe to delete them. Also be aware that iOS does merge iCloud contacts and facebook contacts into a single contact where it sees a common name and email address or phone number. So be careful not to delete contacts that you want to keep.

One of the wierd things that Facebook has decided to do is by default when you use Facebook for the first time on your device. It takes all of your Facebook friends and decides to put this in to your Contacts of your device. As others have mentioned above. Have no fear. This can be easily reversed and get those Facebook Contacts out of your personal Contacts of your device. 1. Goto the Apple Settings and open this 2. Find the Facebook and open this 3. Find the Contacts and turn this to OFF Now your personal Contacts on your device will not have any of the Facebook Contacts anymore. HTH
