Need an accessible video converter

I need an accessible video converter to convert .MOV files from my iPhone to .AVI, .WMV, or any other format that is supported by Windows Movie Maker. If it's a computer based program, I need one that will work with Windows XP Service Pack 2 and JAWS 14. If it's an iPhone app, that would be great, but I would like for it to still allow me to copy my videos from my phone using Windows Explorer after they've been converted. Thanks.

I'm not sure if it will work good with Jaws but, I use a program called Prism Video File Converter. It's made by NCH Software. It isn't free either. I think they do give you a free trial though. it has a very simple UI, and very simple to use. It can detect the video format, and then give you all these output formats that you can choose from. It even lets you convert the video in to just an MP3, or a WAV file, if you wanted just the audio. HTH.

I found this converter called xilisoft video converter.
I've heard of that one, but I didn't know whether it was accessible or not. As long as it has standard Windows controls, and none of those goofy unlabled graphical controls, JAWS should be able to work with it. Do you have a link? Also, if anyone knows of any free converters, please post links to them. Thanks.
