MyWay Pro navigation app - technical support anyone?

Hello, I have MyWay Pro on my iPhone13. It is a navigation app written by the Swiss Society for the Blind which allows you to set way points and then follow these way points as a route. In the last few months though it has changed and I need to contact their technical support but I cannot find any suitable links or email addresses which get a response.
My most pressing problem is that the speech used to announce the distance and direction of the next way point is too quiet and speaks so fast I can't understand it. I need a way to manage this voice but there are no options to do so.
If anyone has good contact info for their technical support or if you know how to manage the announcements voice please reply.
Normally I would highly recommend this app but at the moment I cannot do so.

I noticed that the MyWay Pro app lists the following contact information under the Info tab:

I hope this helps, and I truly hope they respond quickly to assist with your needs. Unfortunately, since a subscription is required to access the Settings tab, I couldn’t check for any options related to voices or voice rates.
