Good day. I have an iPhone 8 with the latest version of IOS. I have a problem with my music app. Suddenly, when I go to my music library, I find quite a number of unknown albums. I would get my most recent added music, followed by almost 14 unknown albums. However, when I go to artists or albums everything is just fine. It is when I am in my library that I find the unknown albums. When I open one of the unknown albums, I find only one track of music which I downloaded. So basically some of my albums are distributed in unknown albums. Sorry for the long discription. I really hope someone can help. Regards.

Did you purchase the albums from iTunes? Sometimes when I have an album that I downloaded from somewhere else or someone send it to me, If I use my W10 PC and winamp with alt 3 and tab the name of the album is not there and that is when I get unknown album. in my iPhone If I type the name of album or artist it shows u in my iPhone..
