My iPhone 5 locks up occasionally

Hi. After upgrading to iOS 7.0.3, my iPhone 5 occasionally locks up for no reason at all, and I'm not sure why. There is a fix though. Hold down your home and screen lock buttons simultaneously for about 10 to 15 seconds and the phone will reboot and all should work just fine. It's done this 3 or 4 times since I upgraded, and I hope Apple can fix this bug. I know this isn't really anything related to VoiceOver but wanted to know if anyone else has seen this happen, and if they have, is there a way we can report the bug to Apple so they can fix it in the next build of iOS 7? It's tough to track down because it happens completely at random, you don't have to do anything in particular to get the phone to lock up, at least not in my case. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
Thanks.

Hello I've seen the same thing happened, only whenever it has happened for me I just Glenlocke my screen and let it reset itself and eventually starts working again maybe about after a minute.
I was actually getting this a LOT more in iOS 6. IT's happened to me occasionally since I upgraded to 7, but not often. With 6, it was almost daily.
