Moving apps into folders in iOS8 using a Blue Tooth keyboard.

I have the most recent version of iOS8. While listening to the podcast, What's On Your Home Screen, Thomas mentioned he moved apps with a Blue Tooth keyboard. What is the procedure for doing this?
First vo right arrow to the app that you want to move and then press vo shift m to start the move command.
Then vo right arrow to the folder that you want to move the app in to and then press vo shift m to drop the app in to that folder.
If you are trying to create a folder then vo right arrow to the app that you want to move and then press vo shift m to start the move command.
Next vo right arrow to another app and then press vo shift m again to drop the app on top of the other app and then the folder should be created.
Then press vo h to close the folder.
What if the folder you want to move the app to is on another page? It would be great if someone would do a tutorial on this subject... or better yet, a podcast! If I get good at moving folders and no one else has done it, then I just might have to try. (Smile!)
